MISSION
The inaugural regional competition, “SCOUTING THE MOST CAPABLE,” organized by AUE – FON in collaboration with leading companies, represents a pivotal component of the NEXT CHAPTER campaign. This initiative seeks to support and challenge high school students, encouraging them to showcase their unique skills, talents, and giftedness. The competition, open to high school graduates across the Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Republic of Greece, Republic of Bulgaria, Republic of Albania, and Republic of Kosovo, aspires to:
Precisely assess the abilities and skills of high school students through practical tasks and solutions.
Provide informed guidance to high school graduates for their professional, career, and academic orientation.
Offer graduates a genuine opportunity to engage in a competitive environment and connect with top employers and experts from diverse fields.

“SCOUTING THE MOST CAPABLE” has three primary goals:
- SHOW YOUR TALENT AND EXPERTISE: Many students find it challenging to express their talents within the traditional school framework. This competition offers real-world tasks based on solving authentic cases and problems, providing an opportunity to showcase talents and apply skills. Rewards, whether material or motivational, can significantly contribute to educational and professional goals, offering avenues such as internships, scholarships, and value vouchers.
CONNECT WITH TOP EMPLOYERS: Competitions serve as a platform to connect with elusive top employers, placing individuals and their skills in the limelight. Regardless of formal educational backgrounds, winning a competition demonstrates networking abilities. This competition offers a genuine chance to participate and engage with top employers, potentially interacting with senior management, showcasing determination, and leaving a lasting impression.
GAIN EXPERIENCE: While not everyone emerges victorious, the competition provides an opportunity for self-challenge, learning, and skill development.
